Saturn in Libra Then and Now

There is a saying that history repeats itself. I thought it might be interesting to provide a list of of events that occurred between 1980-1983. If history does in fact repeat itself the list of these past events should be in some way relevant to events that will be occurring in 2010-2013. Saturn represents structures, schedules, laws, rules and regulations and Libra rules relationships. If the saying is true we should expect that the events of 1980-83 and the events for the next two and a half years will be significantly related.
