Pluto and Uranus in the Tenth House

The next horoscope belongs to a Libra participant born October 22nd, 1967 at 9:21AM.

Our participant was born when Scorpio was rising and when the Sun was in the eleventh house. The sign on the Midheaven is Virgo. The first thing that I notice is that attachment oriented Scorpio is rising giving an urgent thrust to the personality. The nature of the personality is to attach itself to gaining recognition for being in control especially in the professional area since Pluto is located in the tenth house. It's important to remember that any planet in the tenth house becomes public knowledge. It's as if the person were holding up a billboard advertising a piece of the personality for the world to see.

Uranus is in conjunction to Pluto making the urge to control especially powerful and extreme in it's expression. Pluto and Uranus are in the sign of adaptive Virgo which delivers the message that there is a compulsive need to adapt an ideology that can be encountered through giving it to others to use for the greater good. Because it is through the Sun in the eleventh house that the Plutonian ideal will express itself. So the urge for recognition because of Uranus and Pluto in the tenth house will find expression through some kind of social organization because the Sun is in Libra in the eleventh house. Pluto and Uranus are anti social planets but fortunately this unpopular combination is made more palatable by the fact that our participant was born under the Venusian sign of diplomatic Libra.

The ruler of the tenth house will tell us where all this ends up and it will end up in the twelfth house. The twelfth house is a spiritual or selfless house. People with planets in the third quadrant are usually bored with superficial things. The always want to do something more meaningful with their lives. So we must also not forget that Neptune is only a few degrees from the ascendant which also helps to dissolve the intensity of Pluto's agenda which has the capability to strong arm whomever he comes in contact with. Fortunately Neptune will act to soften the personality.

So it looks like we have a person who knows very early on in life the direction he or she want to take. Our participant appears to be a very socially aware individual who will be recognized for his or her humanitarian activities and abilities and is also a perfectionist.

More tomorrow!

You state "People with planets in the third quadrant are usually bored with superficial things. The always want to do something more meaningful with their lives." But aren't the planets you've identified in this individual's birth chart (Pluto, Uranus, Sun, Neptune and Mercury) all in the 4th quadrant? That is, they are in the 10th, 11th and 12th houses which is the 4th quadrant.

I wanted to launch this extremely noble organization and have the above planetary combination. Will I succeed?
